The memory of Lisa Toppel of Bulls Gap, Tennessee, who passed away on June 25, 2025 at the age of 58, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Nell and Jimmy Mack Kirk; her former husband Jerry Cody; her stepson Shaun Spurling; and her pets, Coco, Taco, Millie and Sassy.
She is survived by: her fiancé Johnny Spurling; her brothers, Dale Kirk and Gordon Kirk; her children, Cassandra Cody (Tim Gala), Ricky Cody (Megan Russell) and Melinda Yount (Andrew); her stepsons, Devon Spurling and Jeremy Spurling; and her pets, Lil, Fay, Tommy and Bella. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stubblefield Funeral Home (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Family Cemetery (654 Adams Ln, Mooresburg, TN 37811).
