He was predeceased by: his mother Regina Barnes Evans; his brother Daniel Cecil Evans; and his grandparents, Raymond "Henry", Dorothy Barnes, Lonzo and Sylvia Evans.

He is survived by: his son Hunter Evans; and his father Freddie Evans (Regina Evans). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
