She was predeceased by: her parents, Dudley Kesterson and Elizabeth Welch Kesterson; her former husband David Bailey; her husband Ronnie Keith; her daughters, Zue Bailey and Sherry Castor; her granddaughter Tara Brown; her siblings, J. L. Kesterson and Nancy Kirk; and her siblings-in-law, Hal Kirk, Wayne Collins and Margie Kesterson.
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Hinkle, Donna Waddell, Pam Bailey and Stacy Keith (Kandi Douthat); her grandchildren, Caleb Roberts, Lance Waddell (Rachel) and Kellie Hammontree (Clay); and her siblings, Joe Kesterson (Marilyn) and Vena Mae Collins. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Phillipi Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (281 Phillipi Church Rd, Bulls Gap, TN 37711).
