She was predeceased by: her husband Lonzo F. "Bose" Evans, Sr.; her grandson Danny Cecil Evans; her siblings, Dan Laster, Jr., Joan Hawkins and Bonnie Smith; and her parents, Dan Laster and Ethel Laster.

She is survived by: her sons, Lonzo Fredrick Evans, Jr. (Regina Evans) and Billy J. Evans (Shannon Evans); her grandchildren, Lonzo "Rooster" Evans III and Jared Evans (Paige); her great grandchildren, Hunter Bo Evans (Allyson Houchins), Whitley Jane Evans and Winston Jude Evans; her grandchild Kawana Greer; her siblings, Thomas Laster and Mary Helen Jones; Christy, Craig and Susie Sexton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
