He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Rush and Louise Rush; his brother Jerry Rush; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Rush and Donnie Hawkins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Rush, Carl Rush (Betty), Judy Hawkins and Nancy Braford (Leonard); and his sister-in-law Judy Rush. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
