He was predeceased by: his wife Stella Evelyn Holt; and his children, Jimmy Ray Holt and Deborah Sue Bailey. He is survived by: his daughters, Charlotte Carter (Randall) and Tracey Wright (Richard); and his grandchildren, Abby Pace, Suprina Pilgrim, Christina Carter, Jesse Holt, Emma Martin, Michael Bailey, Donald Rains, James Carter and Isaiah Wright. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
