He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Deason and Elsie Frances Deason (Green); and his wife Vallie Lucille Deason (Bishop). He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Deason (Linda) and Raymond Deason (Linda); his grandchildren, Jeremy Deason (Amanda), Debra Deason, Elizabeth Deason, Jason Deason (Jeannie) and Teena Sanders (Shane); and his sister-in-law Wanda Bishop. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
