He is survived by: his wife Becky McMullan Milam of Burns, TN; his children, Robert Neill Milam, Jr. (Kim) of Dickson, TN and Amanda Milam Ricciardi (Jason) of Nashville, TN; his brother Joe Bates (Linda) of Clifton; and his grandchildren, Robert Neill Milam (Trey), Anna Claire Milam, Grant Joseph Ricciardi, Annalise Milam Ricciardi and Peter Trenton Ricciardi (Trent).
