He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Manning of Burns; his children, Neil Manning (Kelly) of Burns and Lea Ann England (Gary) of Dickson; his brother Gary Sanders (Carolyn) of Murfreesboro; his grandchildren, Amanda Scarbrough (Daniel) of Burns, Myles England of Dickson and Austin Manning (Gabbie) of Dickson; and his great grandchild Ezra Scarbrough.
