He is survived by: his children, Bill Stout, Jr. (Tara) of Bon Aqua, TN and Kellie Stout (Todd Martinko) of Burns, TN; his grandchildren, Trey Stout, Austin Hunter, Angel Stout, Delaney Stout, Ben Stout, Gabbie Manning (Austin) and Grant Richardson; and his pet Ferguson. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
