She is survived by : her children, Bobby Gene Finney of Butler, TN, Ricky Allen Finney of Butler, TN, Chuck Douglas Finney of Butler, TN, Teresa Kay Ellis of Rogersville, TN and April Clemons of Elizabethton; her brother James Whaley (Sandy) of Butler; and her caregiver Nikki Whaley. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
