He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Smith; his daughter Teresa Fox (Ed); his grandsons, Benjamin and Jacob Andrews; his daughters, Barbara Akers (Danny), Lisa Mains (Mike), Debbie Garland (Tim), Sharon Smith (Gary), Drema Tester (Jeff) and Angel Allara (Teddy); his grandchildren, Travis McCloud (Cassie), Kristin McCloud (Herb), Nick McCloud (Brandi), Thomas Guess (Lindsey), Jessica Guess, Landon Honeycutt, Nick Honeycutt, Lydia Honeycutt, Joshua Garland, Joseph Smith (Aubrey), Brandon Smith and Mystery Smith; and his close friends, Chris Putnam (Lisa), Bobby Matheson and Terry Wayne Proffitt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law.
