She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Clark and Ada Cochran Clark; her husband Richard Joe Casey of Butler; her daughter Elizabeth Ann Richardson; and her siblings, Carson Clark, Dale Louis Clark and Zora Deloris Sneed.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Casey (Dorothy) and James Casey (Robin); her grandchildren, Joseph Casey (Jodi), Mallory Creaseman (Justin) and Kylee Anders; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Lawson and Peyton; her nieces, Brenda and Darlene; and her son-in-law Brian Richardson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 9:50 AM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery.
