He is survived by: his wife Reba Ward Church; his brother Anthony Church; his sons, Mark Church (Sandra) and Noel Church (Marcia); his grandchildren, Nikki Wright, Andrew Church, Alena Church, Josh Church, Brandon Church and Miranda Trivette; his great grandchildren, Abby Grindstaff, Ty Church, Nolan Church, Julian Wright and Braxton Wright; and his nieces, Shanda Arnett and Cherish Parlier.
