He was predeceased by: his grandparents, J. E., Mary Kate Arnold and Kate Hampton Hicks; and his close friend Bledsoe Jax. He is survived by: his sons, Blade and Gage Hampton; his parents, Herb Hampton and DeEtte Hampton; the mother of his children Jodi Hampton; his sister Liza Sykes; his aunts, Phyllis Matherly (Mack), Burnadene Blevins (Mark) and Lesa Brown (Tim); his girlfriend Krissy Walters; and his girlfriend's child Ariel.
