He is survived by: his children, Angel Lowe, Cheryl Reyes (Miguel) and Arnold Negrin; his stepchildren, Herbie, Leona Ritchie and Raymond "Chester" Turner; his grandchildren, Megan, Luis Ramirez, Cotey, Aaron Lowe, Sebastian, Cali, Isabella and Mario Reyes; his great grandchildren, Keyana "Peanut", Javier, Angel "Pie" Ramirez, Connor Estep, Spencer and Grayson Reyes; and his siblings, J. P. Miller, Shirley Miller, Bill Miller and Darrell Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
