She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Smith and Tiny Smith; and her brother Billy Smith. She is survived by: her husband Edward Fox; and her children, Travis McCloud (Cassie) of Butler, Tennessee., Kristin McCloud (Herb) of Butler, Tennessee. and Nicholas McCloud (Brandi) of Butler, Tennessee.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hux & Lipford Funeral Home (300 W Main St, Mountain City, TN 37683).
