He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Overholt and Katherine Overholt; and his brother Michael Overholt. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Overholt; his son Chris Overholt; his daughter-in-law Melissa Overholt; his daughter Patti Overholt (Bobby Kerley); and his siblings-in-law, Hugh "Buddy" Holt, Pam Holt, Arlene Stokley, Lisa Holt and Robin Overholt. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westside Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (3521 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glendale Global Methodist Church Cemetery (3315 Glendale Rd, Bybee, TN 37713).
