He is survived by: his parents, Haskell Yates and Donna Cope (Bridges); his stepfather Jimmy Cope; his daughters, Kayleigh McMahon (Hayden Bond) and Ily Yates; his brothers, James Yates (Jennifer) and Will Cope; his stepbrother Patrick Cope (Tabitha); and his granddaughter Drue Bond.
