He is survived by: his sons, Chad Griffin (Misty) and Randy Griffin (Felicia); his stepdaughters, Belinda Lee (Charlie) and Regina Johnson (Phil); his grandchildren, Hannah Young (Caleb), Bailey Griffin, John Griffin, Jonathan Lee (Brittany), Autumn Bennett (Zander) and Cody Glass; his great grandchildren, Kevin Cole, Stockton, Jayden, Brylen and Jonah; and his siblings, Margaret Brannum, Nell Johnson, Louise Burton, Doris Logan, Chris Johnson, Virgie Kennedy and William Griffin. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Chapel (202 W Main St, Byrdstown, TN 38549). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
