With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jessie Cooksey of Byrdstown, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 10, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Clark and Antha Clark (Manis); her daughter Billie Renee Phillips; and her siblings, Willie Kay Reeder, Aubrey Clark and Hollis Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Cooksey; her son Steven Cooksey; her grandchildren, Grayson Smith, Lydia Cooksey, Jessa Cooksey, Chloe Phillips, Ethan Phillips and Avery Phillips; and her great grandchild Hayden Phillips.
