He was predeceased by: his father Jessie Fred Perkins; his sister Tammy Perkins; and his half-brother Steve Koger. He is survived by: his mother Margie Lucille Sheppard (Sheppard); his children, Elaine Sheppard and Kenneth Ray Sheppard II; his grandchildren, Levi, Brittney and Charlie; his siblings, Robbin Rochelle, Patricia Slaven, Jeanie Hughes, Steve Sheppard and Bobby Stockton; and the mother of his children Debbie Sheppard. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
