He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann Hall (Gannon). He is survived by: his father Jimmy Leon Hall; his wife Melinda Hall (Walker); his children, Olivia Hall, Malachi Hall and Michael'M. J.' Hall, Jr.; and his siblings, Dianna Brown and Christopher Hall. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
