He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Winebarger (Mullins); his daughters, Michelle Lea Winebarger and Jennifer Leatherman (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Jazlyn and Janelle; and his siblings, Patricia "Sis" Tester, Charles Winebarger and George Winebarger. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
