He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth Rogers Mantooth; his son Kurt Brian; his daughter-in-law Amanda Mantooth of Charleston, TN; his son Shad David Mantooth of Florida; his grandchildren, Kayla, Karen, Kelli of Florida and Elijah of Charleston, TN; his great grandchildren, Chloey and Lily of Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Don and Sherry Rogers of Lenior City, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the McMinn Memory Gardens (1727 Co Rd 560, Athens, TN 37303).
