He is survived by : his wife Francine Clare Hooten of Camden, TN; his children, Danny Ray Hooten Jr. of Camden, TN, Matthew Perry Hooten (Becky) of Camden, TN., Elisha Dawn Reeves (Randy) of Clarksburg, TN, April Nicole Czarniecki (Donald) of Spring Hill, TN and Erica Miller Moore (James) of Martin, TN.; his sisters, Renee Hardin (Randy) of Eva, TN and Terry King (Bill) of Camden, TN.; his brother-in-law Jessie Rhodes of Camden, TN.; and his grandchildren, Greyson Hooten, Bryce Hooten, Lilly Hooten, Sadie Hooten, Kennedy Hooten, Willow Hooten, Ariel Hedge, Tanner Hedge, Addyson Hedge Phelps, Ian Ammons, Evan Horton (Emily), Sidney Horton, Christian Conn, Tyler Stevens (Kayla), Jude Czarniecki, Hannah Moore, Ethen Ingram, Hunter Hooten and Shay Douglas.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakdale Funeral Home (401 Hwy 641 N, Camden, TN 38320). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
