She is survived by: her husband Duane Shaffer of Camden, TN; her children, Johnny Franko, Ashley Hooper (Randall) of Camden, TN and Michele Grazier (Scott); her grandchildren, Chris Franko (Heather), Ariana O'Donnell (Haley), Jordon Grazier, Caleb Arnold (Daphne), Konor Arnold and Donavin Franko; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Franko, Elora Franko, Bodie Arnold and Stevie Lynn Grazier.
