He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Smith and Cora Hill Smith; and his brothers, Aaron Smith and Kevin Smith. He is survived by: his wife Debra "Deb" Biondo Smith of Camden, TN; his children, Brett Smith of Jeffersonville, IN and Angela Smith of Elizabethtown, KY.; and his siblings, Leon Smith, Roberta Thomas, Marla Smith, Yvonne Smith and Shelia Spafford (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
