We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2020, at the age of 92, Mary Phyll Waggoner of Camden, Tennessee, born in Holladay, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ashby and Ila Malin Ashby; her former husband Thomas Todd; her husband Bill Waggoner; her daughter Phyllis Farmer; her siblings, Herman Ashby, Donald Ashby, Harold Ashby, Kenneth Ashby, Polly Gray and Jan Pinkley; and her grandchild Thomas Warren Todd III.

She is survived by: her children, Tommy Todd (Carolyn) of Camden, TN. and Jennifer Holland of Camden, TN.; her sister Adelle Kee of Camden, TN.; her grandchildren, Emily Farmer, Kayla Farmer, Katie Farmer, Zachary Farmer, Noah Todd (April), Paul Todd, Kiley Bedwell (Brandon), Bill Fitzgerald (Trish), Cathy Mayfield (Doug), Clint Fitzgerald (Yani) and Michelle Moonen; and her great grandchild Nineteen.
