He is survived by: his wife Gloria Hansen Elkins of Camden, Tennessee; and his children, Dennis Elkins of Plesantville, Harvey Elkins of Michigan, Clifford Elkins of Florida, Michael Turney of Dickson, Tennessee, Denise Comfort of Milan, Melissa Elkins of Camden and Toni Lucio of Michigan. He is also survived by forty one grandchildren; thirty-three great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
