He is survived by: his sons, Jason Mike Smith of Camden, TN and Scotty Wayne Smith (Heather) of Camden, TN.; his sister Judy Hicks (Randy) of Canton, GA.; his grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Emily Smith, Sam Smith, Abigail Smith and Ivy Jane Smith; his great grandchildren, Karter Smith and Colin Smith; and his nieces, Dr. Jessica Hicks and Lindsay Hicks of Atlanta, GA.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eastview Cemetery.
