She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Stutzman and Mary Jane Richardson; and her sister Jill Stutzman. She is survived by: her husband Doug Phipps; her children, Caleb Phipps (Jennifer) and Megan Todd (Garrett); her siblings, Jerry Stutzman and Sandy Wright; and her grandchildren, Bryson, Liam, Kendall, Jake, Noah and Mary Jane Along.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Mrs. Phipps to the Camden Church of Christ Building Fund.
