He is survived by : his wife Susie Holladay; his children, Carol Lee Steele (Ric) and David Holladay (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Norah Holladay of Franklin, TN, Nathan Holladay of Franklin, TN, Presley Holladay of Franklin, TN, Micah Steele and Annah Steele of Lawrence, KS; and his brother-in-law Emmitt Lewis Moorer II.
