He was predeceased by: his son Eric Miller; and his brother Gerald Miller (Jerry). He is survived by: his wife Jan; and his children, Diana Tyson of Ironton, Gina Martin of South Point, Kevin Miller (Lesli) of Mount Juliet, Elizabeth Miller (Max Straub) of Mount Juliet and Julie Whitnel (Brian) of Lebanon. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
