He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cook Hensley of Rome, TN; his daughter Kristy; his son-in-law Joey Bly of Hickman, TN; his grandchildren, Elijah Bly, Jaxon Bly and Kinlee Bly; and his mother-in-law Macie Cook.
