He is survived by: his wife Zina Evans King; his children, Jacinta King Jackson (Jason) of South Carthage and Jacky King Jr. (Cayte) of Hendersonville; his siblings, Billy King of Cookeville, Carolyn Lancaster of Gordonsville and Darlene Gist of Cookeville; his grandchildren, Evan King, Evangelina King, Olyvia King, Caylee Lou King, Zealand Jackson and Jordan Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Lanette Tillman of Frankfort, KY, Eric Evans (Becky) of Riddleton, Byron Evans (Anne) of Elmwood and Trent Evans (Sandra) of Hartsville.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
