He was predeceased by: his brother Shannon Spivey of Cookeville. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Rose Aguirre of Murfreesboro; his wife Veronica; his children, Natalie Danielle Aguirre and Nicholas Daniel Aguirre; and his siblings, Toni Aguirre of Murfreesboro, Benie Ray Spivey and Brad Spivey of Cookeville.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
