He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Nixon Chandler (Kevin) of Pleasant View, TN and David Nixon (Jennifer Bush Nixon); his stepdaughter Tonya Craighead (Jeff); his grandchildren, Lashae Johnson (James), Chris Nixon (Megan), Kristen Boyett, Tia McKinney of Cookeville, Kevin Craighead (Kayla Stinson) of Cookeville, Rianna Leishman (Jake) of Beallsville and Tanner Decker of Alledonia, Ohio; and his siblings, Sally Marie Nixon Woodard and Tommy Nixon of Shelbyville.
