He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank Thomas McCall, Ray Barnett McCall, David Manning McCall (Dave), Lois McCall McDonald, Mildred McCall Hix, Mary Nell McCall Hight and Albert Burr McCall (A. B.).
He is survived by: his close friend T. McCall; his friend Winnie "Kay" Farris of Lawrence County; his brother A. B.; his wife Kay; his children, Julie Marie McCall Thompson (Scott) of Spanish Fort and John Justin McCall (Crystal Underhill McCall); his grandchildren, Paul Ross Thompson of Mobile, Tanner McCall Thompson (Jewel) of Mobile and Ana Gabrielle Thompson of Spanish Fort, Alabama; his sister Ruth Jean McCall Garrett (Gary) of Nashville; his sister-in-law Rebecca Hackett McCall of South Carthage; and also Crystal McCall.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (409 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030).
The McCall family has requested memorials to either the First Baptist Church Carthage or First Light Community of Mobile, Alabama.
