He is survived by: his girlfriend Ann Holliman; his sons, Lester Carlos Duke III of Lebanon and Jonathan Duke (Amanda Padgett); his siblings, Elizabeth Duke Butler of South Carthage, Thelma Duke Perry, David Duke (Annette) of Pensacola, Raymond Duke, James Duke (Sandra), Linda Sullivan of McMinnville, Frankie Duke of Lebanon and Shirley Duke Rich (Tim) of Crossville; and his grandchildren, James Johnson, Laura Duke of Mount Juliet, Kaleb Duke, Alicia Duke, Andreas Maye of Cary, Alyssa Padgett and Ethan Padgett.
