He is survived by: his children, Randall Blanchard (Veronica) of Alexandria, Susan Blanchard of South Carthage, Lynne Ledbetter (Shannon) of Prarie Grove and Lesley Hoffarth (Jay) of St. Louis, MO; and his sister Helen Lee Morrison of Maryville, MO. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
