He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Alec Clinch and Mary Jewel Dellaughter Clinch; his siblings, Laquenta Wiley Cannon and Wallace Wiley Clinch; and his aunt Pearl Lee "Pearlie" Clinch Purden.
He is survived by: his wife Israeli; his caregiver Nancy Berry of Carthage; his children, Rogers Clinch Jr. of Nashville, Anhwake Clinch of Nashville, Tina Clinch of Texas and Wendy Clinch; his sister Brenda Dunderstradt of Oklahoma; and his great grandchild Kingston Davis of Carthage.
