She is survived by: her son Eld; her grandchildren, Elisabeth Leeann Mason of South Carthage, Rickey Lee Scurlock II (Sydney) of Gordonsville and Ray Scurlock of Gordonsville; and her great grandchildren, Cambell Mason, Carlee Beth Mason of South Carthage, Rickey Lee Scurlock III and Maverick Case Scurlock of Gordonsville.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family has requested memorials to St. Jude Childrens Hospital. Keep Ruby Jean's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
