She was predeceased by: her sons, Harold W. Babcock Jr. and John Eugene Babcock; her sister Margaret Fox; and her husband Harold Walter Babcock. She is survived by: her sons, Carthage Mayor, Stephen Babcock (Jennifer) of Gulf Breeze and Mickey Babcock (Angel); her sister Edna Ruth Baker Chaffin of Joelton; and her nephews, Kevin James Babcock of California and Peter Carl Babcock of Florida. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sanderson Funeral Homes, Inc. (901 Main St N, Carthage, TN 37030-1002).
