He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Powell Apple Sr. and Lena Hunter Apple; and his siblings, Oliver Powell Apple Jr. and Mary Frances Apple Eatherly. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann; his children, David Apple (Angela) and Robin Apple; his grandchildren, La Shae Nixon Johnson (James), Kendra Apple Birtsch (Hunter) of Lebanon, Christopher Nixon (Megan), Davia Apple Dillehay (Seth) of South Carthage and Candace Apple Herring (Tanner) of Hartsville; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Johnson (Amelia), Emma Johnson, Anniston, Everett Birtsch, Carson, Lucas, Cameron, Caden Nixon, Lawson, Baylee and Lowen Dillehay.
