He is survived by: his wife Ruby Vickery (Aslinger); his sons, Gary W. Vickery (Jasmine (Harris) Vickery) and John Vickery (Karen (Lloyd) Vickery); his grandchildren, Tyler James Vickery, Chastity E. Vickery, Skyler Douglas, Alexis Vickery and Cierra Dison (Trey Dison); his great grandchild Brantley Dison; and his siblings, Roger Vickery (Kim Vickery), Danny Ray Vickery, Linda (Gary Tindell), Dale (Gary Welch), Alma Wesley, Janie (Steve Hardison), Sue (David Huckaby) and Marlene Baxter.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Mortuary (375 N Main St, Clinton, TN 37716). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Glen Foust Cemetery.
