He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Wilbanks (Danny Burress), Debbie Shelton (Lendon), Deanna Meadows (Eddie), Karen Murray and Fredia Smith; his grandchildren, Jennifer Hartline (Steve), Amy Durham (Steve), Felicity Shelton, Justin Perry (Leanna), Fallon Shelton, Joy Lautaret (Daniel) and Jason Shockley (Renee); his siblings, Ronnie Allen (Shirley), Carolyn Thompson, Barbara Sharp and Katherine Gail Adkins; and his caregivers, Malaki, Mary, Margaret, Tena, Abigail, Billie, Pam, Lisa, Trish and Jade.
