With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harvey Ward Sr. of Caryville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 21, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris Ward and Roxie Burress Ward; and his siblings, Paris Ward, Jr., Henry Ward, Wilma Kennedy and Wanda McKamey.
He is survived by: his close friend Edith Ward; his sons, Harvey Dwayne Ward, Jr. (Sharon), Robert Ward and Greg Ward; his grandsons, Dwayne Ward and Caleb Ward; and his sister Dorothy Ward.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Cross-Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A masonic service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:45 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverview Cemetery.
