He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hicks; his children, Clifton Hicks (Bridget), Bradley Hicks (Raven), Joe Bullman (Chesni), Justin Bullman and Heather Everly (Gary); his grandchildren, Ethan, Sarah, Mason, Holly, Landree Jo, Parker Hicks, Adley, Scotty, Gary, Arianna and Ella; his brothers, Dan Hicks (Cindy) and Joey Rausher (Angel); and his pet Mandy.
