He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lawrence Hatcher and Iris Kirk Hatcher-Crider; and his grandchild Emmeline Hatcher. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hatcher; his children, Kirk Hatcher (Brooke) and Erin Howard (David); his siblings, Richard Hatcher (Pam), Larry Hatcher (Sylvia) and Pam Brawner; his grandchildren, Austin Howard (Megan), Hannah Phillips (Beau), Jackson Howard, William Howard, Emma Copeland (Grant), Isabela, Lucas and Adelaide Hatcher; and his great grandchildren, Oliver Howard and Marilyn Howard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Bargerton Church of Christ or Lebonheur.
